Nutritionist, Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center
A 1997 graduate of the School of Public Health, Albert took a position that was split between the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition and the Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center; eventually her job at the Ashe center became full-time. Albert also teaches nutrition classes for UCLA Extension.
What is your favorite food?
Watermelon.
What is it you most dislike?
I hate being cold! I grew up in the hot valley with no air-conditioning. I'm used to the warm weather, and I like it that way.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Being thin.
Where would you like to live?
I just moved into my dream home in Stevenson Ranch. It's five minutes from Saugus, where I grew up.
