| Following a career path that led from the Daily Bruin sports pages to the UCLA Athletic Department, Sondheimer works with athletes and coaches in 22 sports and attends more than 100 sports events a year as a recruiter and radio and online sports broadcaster in volleyball and women's basketball.
What do you look for in a Bruin athlete?
We want someone who wants to achieve the highest levels of athletics, academics and social life and would want the "total package" that UCLA can offer.
What's your greatest achievement?
Finding someone who would marry me, considering that my job is usually six or seven days a week with long hours and lots of events.
What's your favorite journey?
Walking from my office in the Morgan Center to Pauley Pavilion to go to a major UCLA athletic event. |
