How do you find enough time to do everything you do?
Select what is important, stay focused, rely on talented and committed staff and colleagues, keep your life in balance and refuse to use a personal digital assistant.

What is the trait you most admire in others?
Doing the right things in the right way, even -- especially -- when it is very, very hard to do.

What phrase do you most overuse?
