UCLA Today is UCLA’s staff and faculty newspaper. Our current print edition distribution is 17,000. UCLA Today is printed on newsprint in tabloid format. All ads must be submitted as .pdf files (include all fonts and images). Alternatively, ads may be submitted as Illustrator 10 or InDesign CS2 files (Mac format, with all linked formats and fonts). We cannot accept True Type fonts. Please be sure that any fonts included in EPS files are created as outline. Please supply on zip or CD.

COPY AND INFORMATION
  1. Insertion order, payment and materials are all due by the closing dates of each issue. Orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the issue.
  2. Advertisers may not cancel advertising order after closing dates.
  3. Advertisements must be approved by the Publisher.
  4. Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the Publisher.
  5. The Publisher is not responsible for errors in key numbers.
  6. All advertisements are accepted and published entirely on the representation that the agency or advertiser are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publication of advertisements, the advertiser and agency will indemnify and save the Publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense arising out of publication of such advertisements, including, without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits of libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism or copyright infringement.
  7. In consideration of the Publisher’s reviewing for acceptance, or acceptance thereof, any advertising for publications, the agency or advertiser agrees not to make promotional or merchandising reference to UCLA Today, in any way except with the express permission of the Publisher for each use.
  8. The Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time.
  9. No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, orders or copy instruction, which conflict with the Publisher’s policies will be binding on the Publisher.
