SPS Stress Clinic offers students a number of groups and workshops throughout the school year. These have included the Art of Relaxation, Cognitive Strategies for Managing Stress, Building Social Confidence, and Reducing Public Speaking Anxiety. SPS also offers individual and group counseling to all students. Since faculty and staff are sometimes the first contact with a student exhibiting problems, SPS offers assistance with making a referral.
