Town Hall to address budget crisis May 29
UCLA staff members are invited to an important Town Hall noon-1 p.m. on May 29 to address the worsening state budget situation and the serious fiscal implications for the University of California. The event will be sponsored by UCLA Staff Assembly.
Learn how the UC regents' decisions on the UC budget will affect UCLA and what's being done to advocate for the University in Sacramento.
UCLA Vice Chancellor Steve Olsen of Finance, Budget and Capital Programs and Assistant Vice Chancellor Keith Parker of Government and Community Relations will be making brief remarks and then answering questions on these vital issues.
The Town Hall will take place from noon to 1 p.m in the Harry and Yvonne Lenart Auditorium on the A-level of the Fowler Museum. Entry is directly from the outdoor amphitheater. Please RSVP here.
